Most re-activations can be done through our control panel. Login to our user control panel and click the appropriate renewal account link, either "Renew with Credit Card" or "Renew with PayPal". Select the desired account type and click "Submit". For other questions or requests regarding re-activations, email us. Please include your Customer ID number or your username and the email address you used when you signed up. This information is required to verify that you are the account owner.
